Job Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries on various marketplaces using our ticket system. • Answer customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. • Process customer complaints, returns, and disputes reputed company and effectively. • Manage returns and ensure timely resolution of issues. • Work reputed company and solution-oriented to maintain high customer satisfaction. • Demonstrate intercultural understanding to effectively address and resolve problems for our predominantly German customers.
