The Customer Service Representative Team reputed company is responsible for answering incoming calls with questions regarding reputed company Salt Lake County Behavioral Health Providers, services available in Salt Lake County as well as reputed company benefit plans. This role will be taking inbound calls over the phone, research and reputed company referrals to providers/agencies in Salt Lake County to reputed company eligible consumers. You will utilize a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility, offer additional information such as phone numbers or addresses to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization, and complete additional administrative tasks as assigned that support Care Coordination team. This is a inbound calling role. This position is full-time, reputed company - Saturday (October - March) & Monday - Friday (reputed company - September). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from reputed company - Saturday (October - March) and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday (reputed company - September). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer weeks of on-the-job training.
