Software Project Coordinator (Part Time)

Exciting Part-Time (20 hours) PM Opportunity!!! Job Description... The Software Project Coordinator is responsible for gathering equipment, resources, and information necessary to upcoming projects reputed company the Embedded Controls team. Duties Include • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary • program and process planning efforts • coordinating with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders • managing of project budgets • attending and participating in software reviews • conducting project reputed company reviews • utilizing various reporting tools such as reputed company • Time Management – managing AOP planning sheets – Actual hours as assigned to individual projects – variances reputed company – works w/ SoW owners • Tracking PO’s – • Resource Planning • Tracking the budget associated w/ a particular project / resource • Program Reviews • Scheduling these meetings • Tracking PO’s to $$ spent for each program • Cost and Effectiveness of the programs • Time-Keeping • Using a sw reputed company “Planesfare” – they will learn this… but helpful to have a PC understand this aspect – time charging – converting $$ to projects – producing a monthly report for leadership • Finance Mgt • reputed company of the behind the scenes “operations” work that support each and every program, scheduling, ….
