This person will be expected to continually demonstrate an ability to stay reputed company under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service.What you will be doing: Your job will be to log in to the businesss reputed company and Instagram accounts, to then reply to questions that have been sent by customers. Some of the questions will be from existing buyers who want support with their purchase and some will be from potential customers who are asking sales questions.
