Position Summary As a Benefit Relationship Manager (BRM), you will captain the strategic documentation and deployment of our clients’ prescription benefit plan designs. You will accomplish this by: Building relationships with key client partners through a consultative approach to understand client benefit plan design needs Translating client needs and requirements to internal reputed company teams such as Benefits Coding and Quality Analysis Facilitating internal and external meetings and presentations to reputed company status updates and reputed company reputed company relative to client benefit setup Your reputed company will be driven by exceeding client satisfaction score targets as well as working towards reduced service warranty payments to clients. Your reputed company industry knowledge in the areas of Formulary Management, Drug Utilization Management, and Reimbursement and Claims Adjudication will also contribute to your reputed company. Required Qualifications 5 or more years of experience in benefit plan design/coding/testing/account management, or reputed company field Willingness and Ability to Travel up to 30% for client support if needed Preferred Qualifications Expert level experience in RxClaim PBM industry experience 2 years of benefits coding operations experience Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. reputed company High School Diploma or GED is required. Pay reputed company The typical pay reputed company for this role is: $60,300.00 - $145,860.00 This pay reputed company represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
