CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEJob Summary:As a Customer Service/Replenishment professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring efficient replenishment of inventory. Primary Duties/ Responsibilities: • Greets customers as they enter the store. • Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely replenishment of products. • Assists customers with questions or price discrepancies. • Handle customer complaints or issues with reputed company, aiming for a positive resolution. • Processes returns and exchanges according to store policy. • Monitor inventory reputed company and coordinate with the supply chain team to restock products as needed. • Assists customers in locating various products, resolving complaints, or providing information. • Bag, reputed company, and wrap purchased items. • Maintain proficiency in reputed company organizational safe working policies and practices. • Performs other reputed company duties as assigned. • Adheres to company policies and work requirements.
