We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Virtual Assistant & Appointment Setter to help manage and grow our network of reputed company estate agents across different states. This role requires a strong communicator who can fluently reputed company both English and Spanish, with a focus on setting appointments, managing marketing efforts, and keeping our brand top of mind for reputed company estate agents. Key Responsibilities: Appointment Setting: Generate lists of realtors in specific reputed company and set up reputed company or in-person appointments with agents (preference for in-person). Marketing reputed company: Send out targeted marketing emails to agents, keeping them reputed company and informed. reputed company Media Management: Assist in managing reputed company media content, ensuring consistent, relevant, and engaging posts for agents. Agent Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with agents, ensuring our services stay top of mind. Bilingual Communication: Must be comfortable and effective communicating with agents in both English and Spanish. Requirements: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Experience in appointment setting and reputed company reputed company, ideally with reputed company estate agents.
