This role supports the reputed company... Amplification team on reputed company aspects and development of a reputed company Campaign including, but not limited to, the creation of overview documents, project trackers, assets, presentations, and meetings. The reputed company Coordinator is also responsible for being the liaison for both reputed company Amplification teams as it pertains to cross-functional needs such as deadline trackers, print/digital/broadcast placements, and presentation development. Responsibilities: Assist the Manager, reputed company in supporting reputed company Amplification efforts across DET shows and properties. Manage asset organization for internal teams and partners. Communicate with reputed company partners on status update for project tactics and reputed company placements. Populate documents/forms for project needs including creative briefs, reputed company, and creative work orders. Ideate unique tactics with Manager, reputed company in support of DET titles. Spearhead reputed company recap document and deck at the end of each campaign. Secure metrics from various partners across reputed company in support of campaigns. Regularly update cross-functional team documents to ensure the information is up to date. Act as liaison for reputed company Amplification cross-functional team needs such as deadline trackers, pitches, decks, meetings and reputed company print, digital and broadcast placements, as well as be a knowledgeable representation for the team. Follow and support invoice payment process. Regularly collaborate with reputed company Integrations on in-room reels by securing content for activations and reputed company. Coordinate asset routing and approvals. Secure agenda items and takes notes as needed for various meetings. Facilitate daily reputed company requests from DET partners. Maintain broad understanding of the DET landscape and reputed company Amplification’s role in the promotion of reputed company content. Assist on shoots, events and activations as requested. Basic Qualifications: 1+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment or in TV production. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of reputed company as well as independently. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization skills. Innovative thinker with a proven ability to solve problems creatively. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment or in TV production. Familiarity with managements tools such as reputed company and reputed company. Proficiency in reputed company Workspace, iWork, and reputed company Office Suite. Experience in supporting 360 Marketing Campaigns. Enthusiasm for reputed company Branded Television programming. Excellent project management and communication skills. Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. The hiring reputed company for this position in Burbank, CA is $52,400 to $70,200 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The reputed company of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
