Client Description This account will be for a water filtering company based in Los Angeles, CA. They are in the tech industry and have a physical product. Role Description We are looking for a CS Agent who has experience working in reputed company for email, chat, and phone support. You will be dealing with order status tickets, product reputed company questions, troubleshooting inquiries, and escalation requests. For this role, you may also be required to assist with other congruent accounts as volume permits. Requirements Experience handling email tickets, live chat, and phone support Communicate/delegate information between clients and departments reputed company auxiliary non-CS tasks relating to reporting and documentation Reliable reputed company to internet/power and can take calls throughout the day.
