Project Coordinator Concordia is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to support the Engineering and Construction Teams with Construction, Engineering, procurement, and construction reputed company tasks... The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least three years of reputed company experience. Candidates must be highly motivated and self-driven with strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with local subcontractors is a reputed company plus. BENEFITS • Vacation and Sick Pay • Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, & reputed company • Long-term Disability Insurance • Short-term Disability Insurance • Company Paid Life Insurance • 401(k) W/ 100% company match Responsibilities: • Communicating with clients on reputed company and pending status of jobs. • Maintaining project data in company’s database. • Coordinating with Project Managers on project start dates and status of permits for jobs. • Overseeing the permit process for reputed company install jobs across the country. • Arranging for payment for permits in a timely manner. • Tracking reputed company permits and report reputed company to Project Managers. • Coordinating the final inspections of jobs as required. • Requesting COs and surety bonds for permits and business licenses • Arranging for construction testing and engineering services if necessary. • Supports Project Managers for assigned projects • Creates and updates the project schedules from mid-stage development through engineering, procurement, and construction phases of projects • Administers the RFP process for long reputed company procurement and EPC services • Reviews and collaboratively edits project contractual documents and exhibits • Finds technical solutions for the project team • Provides project information for project reputed company holders and manages the document control process for assigned projects • Leads construct ability reviews and other project engineering and construction meetings with in-house staff • Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS • At least 2+ years of reputed company experience • High standard of reputed company and reliability • Demonstrated management skills and the ability to multi-task • reputed company to work under reputed company tight time requirements and deadlines • Project management knowledge preferred • Demonstrated ability to reputed company and collaborate with others • Must be reputed company to work in Carol reputed company, Illinois with some traveling out of state • reputed company to work some weekends during deadline • reputed company to read, write, understand, and reputed company English proficiently • Typical Computer Apps such as MS Project, Master Builder, AutoCAD, CRM and other Construction reputed company software • Soft Skills such as • Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, reputed company Office Skills, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Inventory Control, Verbal Communication Concordia Wireless is a division of Concordia Group.
