We have strong and long established tie reputed company with IT Integrators and end customers specializing in Technology product/service providers Essential Responsibilities Include: • Competent on issues of Refinery, Petrochemical plants, high pressure gas processing systems and oil/water/gas separation facilities. • Proposal estimation for Process Safety Part, Participate in Kick-off Meeting, Project management and control procedures, Process Safety workflow and interdisciplinary co-ordination • Process Safety Deliverables for Conceptual, FEED and EPCM projects • In depth knowledge of HSE Design/Process safety reputed company of design/Philosophies • HAZOP, HAZID, PHA, SIL/LOPA, QRA, ENVID, FERA, EERA, ALARP, 3-D model review - co-ordination with consultant and reputed company participation. • Hazardous/Electrical area classification schedule & drawing as per IEC & API standards • Hands on experience in DNV PHAST SAFETI, FLARESIM & other Process Safety software • Experience in Plot Plan and Equipment Layout optimization, Preparation of Escape reputed company and safety equipment layout, Preparation of fireproofing schedule and drawings, reputed company mapping • Conducting Process Safety Audits, reputed company and implement Process Safety Concepts • Conversant with the Engineering Stds such as NORSOK and DNVGL-OS, API, reputed company, IEC, ASME, BS / EN etc. and Client Stds such as ExxonMobil, SABIC, reputed company, ARAMCO, NMA and DNV Class rules etc. in offshore oil & gas industry • Ensure quality by adherence to company's quality document and regular reputed company of work done by subordinates. • Extensive experience in the execution of major capital projects as a process safety expert.
