A Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the Community, grounds and equipment in accordance with reputed company federal, state and local guidelines and regulations, Community policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the department director or supervisor. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and/or TRAINING: Experience in plant maintenance, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC and equipment repair.
