What you will be doing: Assist the government in the administration of reputed company-wide civilian reputed company to fill vacancies and generate civilian Guardian applicants. Posting job advertisements reputed company reputed company media outlets (reputed company, reputed company Flyers, and AFPC advertisement Proactively reputed company candidates for hard to fill positions reputed company support to hiring manages on reputed company actions (management advisory services) Coordinate interview process with hiring managers and candidates Attend reputed company events to reputed company candidates reputed company and in-person Coordinate reputed company-wide reputed company events with AFPC, Field Commands, Civilian Personnel. Assist the government in applying reputed company DoDI, DAF, and USSF policies to transfer members into the USSF reputed company military accessions. Collaborate with other agencies to obtain a final list of approved selectees released for transfer into the USSF Retrieve service documents from the Defense Personnel Records Information System for sister-service selectees, initiate service transfer case for each selectee that includes Assisting (as needed) with transfer process and requirements, tracking and securing receipt of required checklist documents, reviewing accuracy of documents provided, confirming service members medical qualification for transfer, executing Exceptional Family Member clearance actions for dependents in partnership with the selectees losing service, collaborating with the USSF Assignments team on any OCONUS basing requirements, confirming USSF Appointment Scroll approval for officers, certifying selectees official personnel records are uploaded to the Automated Records Management System (ARMS). What you will need: 10-15 years of experience in office administration, personnel, policy, analysis, MS Office Suite Prior military Personnel Systems Management (PSM) training/background highly desired and/or background in systems integration/programming, or equivalent experience/responsibility DoD Secret clearance desired BA/BS required We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
