Job Description:
As our Grocery Delivery Driver, you’ll ensure our customers receive their online grocery orders in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
Picking up groceries from our store and delivering them to customers in a safe and timely manner
Providing excellent customer service, and handling customer queries and complaints professionally
Ensuring that reputed company deliveries are completed as scheduled
Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle
Collaborating with the store team to improve service and efficiency
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Comfortable using GPS and other routing systems
Educational Qualifications:
No specific educational qualifications required, although a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in delivery, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
