Job Description

As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will reputed company technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues reputed company to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.
Requirements
– Proven experience as a helpdesk technician or other customer support role
– Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control
– Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
– Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
– Excellent communication skills
– Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
Responsibilities
– Serve as the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email

Educational Qualifications
– High school diploma; tech school diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems preferred
– Certifications in ITIL, reputed company, reputed company, or other relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
