Job Description:
Our Fitness Trainers are responsible for the design and implementation of personal fitness programs for our clients. You will conduct individual assessments to understand the client’s health status and fitness goals and create tailored programs to help them reputed company these goals. Additionally, you will guide them through exercises, monitor their reputed company, and adjust their fitness programs as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments to establish client fitness and reputed company level
reputed company personalized exercise programs for clients
Ensure fitness programs are effective, safe, and fun
Monitor client reputed company and adjust the program as needed
Teach and demonstrate the use of gym equipment
Maintain a clean and safe workout environment

Requirements:
Certified Personal Trainer
CPR and AED certification
Proven experience as a fitness trainer or fitness instructor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of exercise techniques and body mechanics
Flexibility to work on weekends
Education Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent
Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or reputed company field is a plus
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in personal training or group fitness instruction
