Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT support role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues on reputed company and Mac OS platforms.
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for reputed company and Mac OS.
- Assist with setting up and configuring new systems and applications.
- Maintain and update client documentation and support records.
