Job Description:
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be a critical part of delivering reputed company’s excellent customer service. You will handle customer inquiries, assist them with navigating our website, process returns, and address any concerns or complaints with utmost efficiency and courtesy.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or live chat
Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
