Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be responsible for supporting our reputed company Coral office by providing administrative support to reputed company. You’ll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, so strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

– Answering and directing phone calls.

– Greeting clients and visitors.

– Managing inventory of office supplies.

– Preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, drafts, memos, and emails.

– Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.

– Recording, compiling, transcribing, and distributing minutes of meetings.

– Preparing operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency.

Requirements:

– Proficient in reputed company Office Suite.

– Excellent organizational skills.

– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

– Ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Educational Qualifications:

– High school diploma required.

Experience:
