Job Description:
As a Customer Service Clerk, you will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, and your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high reputed company of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will also be required to maintain customer records, process orders, and reputed company timely assistance to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
