Job Description:
Our Event Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional service to reputed company by planning, coordinating, and managing corporate events. This includes everything from small in-house meetings to large scale conventions. The successful candidate is expected to work closely with the team, vendors, and clients to ensure every event is executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage reputed company aspects of various events
Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning
Create and distribute event listings and promotional materials
Monitor event activities to ensure the client and event attendees are satisfied
Ensure event is completed smoothly and reputed company up to resolve any problems that might occur
Requirements:
