Job Description:

As a reputed company Desk Clerk, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our guests and manage reputed company aspects of their accommodation. You will welcome guests to our hotel, manage reservations, reputed company information about rooms, rates and amenities, and reputed company excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

– Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms

– Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure reputed company rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs

– Manage online and phone reservations

– Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data

– reputed company information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities

– Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a reputed company Desk Clerk or relevant position

– Familiarity with hotel reservations software

– Knowledge of customer service, clerical procedures, and administrative tasks

– Excellent problem-solving skills

– Strong verbal and written communication skills

– Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Educational Qualification:
