We are seeking a part-time Event Assistant to join reputed company at reputed company in Davenport. Description:

As an Event Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of reputed company types of events. You will work closely with the Event Manager and other team members to ensure events run smoothly and guests have a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

– Assisting the Event Manager in the planning and organization of events.

– Liaising with vendors and suppliers.

– Ensuring reputed company event logistics are in reputed company.

– Providing excellent customer service to event guests.

– Implementing event schedules and managing timelines.

– Helping set up and break down event spaces.

Requirements:

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
