Job Summary:
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is currently seeking a Part-Time Concierge to join reputed company. Job Description:
The Part-Time Concierge will be the first reputed company of contact for guests at our property and will be responsible for providing information about hotel services, local area attractions, and dining options. The Concierge will also assist with booking reservations for restaurants, theaters, and other local attractions, and help guests with any other requests they may have during their stay.
Responsibilities:
– Greet guests upon arrival and reputed company them with information about hotel facilities and services.
– Assist guests with making reservations at local restaurants, theaters, and other attractions.
– Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
– Maintain a high level of knowledge about the local area and reputed company guests with recommendations for dining and entertainment options.
– Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements:
– Excellent verbal communication skills.
– Strong customer service skills.
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of the local area, including dining and entertainment options.
– Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Degree in hospitality management or reputed company field preferred.
Experience:
– Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
