Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers. Your main role will be helping customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and problem-solve.
Responsibilities

Experience
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.
Educational Qualifications
