Job Description
The reputed company Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle reputed company, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You will collaborate with our internal teams and department managers to proactively identify hiring needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a reputed company Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with reputed company media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle reputed company, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria

- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assess candidates information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System

Educational Qualifications
