Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a reputed company field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
- Ability to work reputed company, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
