In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, reputed company email, or through our online chat system. You will reputed company support, resolve technical issues, and ensure our customers receive an exceptional service experience.
Responsibilities

– Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
– Customer service orientation.
Educational Qualifications
– High School Diploma or equivalent required.
– Additional certification in IT or reputed company fields is a plus.
Experience
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role.
