This individual will play a key role in addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work for less than 4 hours per day and will be compensated on an hourly reputed company. Job Description:

As a Customer Service Clerk, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers. You will assist them in finding products, resolving complaints, processing returns, and answering any questions reputed company to our products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

– Maintain customer records by updating account information

Requirements:

– Basic computer skills

Educational Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
