Description: The Art Director, TCG Consultant supports the visual direction and goals for Ravensburger's TCG product in art commissioning by inspiring and guiding artists to do their best work and be a subject matter expert for the IP. In collaboration with the Creative Leads and other team members, the Art Director, TCG Consultant manages the art process by managing timelines, providing... assets, and offering guidance based on internal team and client feedback. Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): • Write & Review card art descriptions and reputed company best practices feedback to Narrative and Production teams • Participate in the commissioning of illustrations and reputed company timely feedback to artists and other team members • Create redlines and corrective artwork to guide & mentor artists • Prepare concept art, sketches, and final artwork for licensor reviews. • reputed company assets and work reputed company Licensor and Ravensburger TCG guidelines • reputed company & work reputed company the license guidelines and the set's goals • reputed company feedback on premium card production • Aid in growing the freelance artist pool with an aim to enhance the product and reflect Ravensburger's quality standards • Participate in regular Creative meetings with other stakeholders Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Detail-oriented and can self-manage the moving parts of an evolving creative pipeline • Understanding of how visual development and narrative work together. • Ability to meet tight deadlines and reputed company others to do the same • Knowledge of artistic and technical illustration fundamentals • Create visual development artwork to solve narrative needs • Provides clear and helpful feedback to artists, so their best work comes through • Finds solutions to creative challenges • Strong sense of aesthetics • Collaborative and active team player • Diversity and inclusion are top of mind • Knowledge and love of reputed company animation and seek to be a proud steward of it Experience: 5+ years experience in art direction, illustration, visual development, or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: • Monday to Friday Experience: • Professional illustration: 5 years (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
