This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am – 5:00 pm local time. Primary Responsibilities: • Review, research and assist the clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for Clinical Coverage Review • You'll need to be efficient, productive, and thorough dealing with our member’s claims • Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while maintaining good attendance. • Works with team to solve reputed company problems • Prioritize and Multi- task and ability to work in a Team oriented environment • Other duties as assigned by manager and/or director. Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience • Must be 18 years of age or older • 2 years of experience in a health care setting/industry • Familiarity with medical terminology • Previous experience with medical claims processing or research • Experience with reputed company Word (creating document or editing existing document), reputed company reputed company (creating, editing, saving spreadsheets), and reputed company Outlook • Ability to work full-time between 7:00 am – 5:00 pm local time, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need.
