(8hr Shift between these hours)Equipment Provided Start Date: OCTOBER 2024 • Must be available for equipment pickup in Irving, TX*** Job Details • Monitors the Patient’s Case from start to finish making sure each reputed company of the way is complete (This is where they get the name Case Managers) • Ensures patients information is imputed correctly and reviews benefits summery • Coordination of benefits • Working with patients, pharmacy, provider, and payor. • Assist with Appeal Management for Claim Denials. • Must be available for equipment pickup in Irving, TX*** Job Requirements • 1 year of recent previous medical insurance, medical claims, or medical billing experience required. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette. • Must have high speed internet and the ability to work from home.
