Sun River Health is currently seeking a full-time Desktop Support Level 2 to join Solutions 4 Community Health, (S4CH) a wholly owned entity of Sun River Health. Solutions 4 Community Health (S4CH) provides reputed company for health care safety net providers to improve their care delivery and reputed company, sustainability and efficiency. This position is hybrid. The Desktop Support Level 2 position will cover reputed company sites, Manhattan and Staten reputed company, as well as reputed company support if needed to Queens, The Bronx, and Brooklyn sites. Travel is necessary for this job, depending on the tickets assigned. May be required to work on-site for three or four days per week. Some days may be assigned as remote work (phone queue, tickets, projects). Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license* SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Desktop Support Level 2 provides on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and solving technical issues ensuring reputed company workstation performance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Create, update, and reputed company tickets following the Incident management workflow Configure and reputed company new machines Determines impact and urgency of an incident and support request to determine reputed company Escalates unresolved requests and incidents to higher tiers Maintain a record of knowledge/solutions reputed company a structured knowledgebase Conducts basic preventive maintenance of equipment Execute project tasks in a timely manner Assists with reputed company hardware deployment steps Provides off-site support on an as-needed reputed company Assists with login requests (add, changes &deletion) Carries out tasks assigned by the Director of IT Support Operations as needed Troubleshoots technical issues reputed company SRHC environment Maintains IT equipment Master inventory Education: Associates Degree (Required) Experience: 1-2 years direct relevant IT/Helpdesk experience Drivers license required Must be willing to undergo drivers license reputed company.
