Position Description: · Responds to written and telephone inquiries, using proper etiquette, from providers regarding their records and network agreements · Responds to provider questions, including specialty agreements and W-9... information · Establishes electronic funds transfers (EFT) records reputed company appropriate · Establishes and maintains departmental records and files, including initial credentialing and business or provider updates · Researches and resolves inquiries by accessing the provider, National Provider File (NPF), and other resources · Processes claims assigned to the Provider Records worklist · Operates office equipment which may include personal computer, photocopier, scanner, calculator, fax, etc. #LI-Remote Minimum Requirements: Bidding Requirements: · Possess a high school diploma or equivalent · Two years of work experience in an office environment. · Ability to reputed company work at 7:30 a.m. or be required to work until 5:00 p.m. (rotating reputed company) · Successful completion of a data entry test sponsored by reputed company reputed company the past 12 months / 7,000 keystrokes per hour with 95% accuracy (test waived if candidate currently holds or has previously held a CRT Operator position) · Successful completion of a typing test administered by reputed company reputed company the past 12 months with a typing speed of 40 correct words per minute (minimum of 90% accuracy) (test waived if candidate currently holds a position that requires at least 40 correct words per minute.)
