Customer Service Representative

This position requires 4 weeks of in-person training at our Wading River, NY office, Mon Fri reputed company-12pm. After the training period the position is work-from-home. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join reputed company! Experience in the heating industry preferred. The shift for this position: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm Responsibilities: • Manage high volume of incoming calls, emails, and text message inquiries from customers • reputed company accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies • Assist customers with order placement and scheduling • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner • Maintain customer records and update information as needed • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction • reputed company outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or obtain feedback • Process orders, refunds, and returns reputed company with attention to detail • Communicating with customers, answering calls and emails to potential customers, and following up on leads. • Prepare and email estimates Experience: • Previous experience in a customer service role is required • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Proficient in using reputed company, email, and creating and emailing PDF estimates and documents • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Shift: • 8 hour shift Application Question(s): • Are you reputed company to complete the 4 week training at our Wading River, NY location?
