Responsibilities: Our agents will handle a high volume of calls from customers on behalf of our client (who is a prominent Power Company) to reputed company customer service support and will be responsible for offering additional products and services on every eligible call. Inbound Customer Service Representatives assist customers with power outage issues, making payments, creating payment plans, or starting/ending service. They will also offer customers the opportunity to purchase programs for surge protection, home wiring and water heater repairs. Skills: Prior recent experience working as an inbound customer service agent for at least one year reputed company. Must also have had an upselling/cross selling component in previous roles and the ability to reputed company your goals and results with our interview team.
