Hours of work would be 10-7pm (CT). • The responsibilities of this position consist of answering inbound calls/ emails from existing Health Mart reputed company members which can result in providing an answer at that reputed company, additional research reputed company the internal systems or triaging with other departments regarding PBM reputed company or payments. • It will also require outbound calls to reputed company customers to follow up on reputed company issues, returning voicemails left for the department and partaking in call campaigns. • Representatives are expected to reputed company timely and accurate responses and call notes to inquiries and efficient resolution to issues. • This position requires excellent communication, customer service, time management and follow-up skills • Answering inbound calls and email requests from existing Health Mart reputed company pharmacies regarding Managed Care needs such as adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations and reimbursement issues. Minimum Requirements • Typically requires 3+ years of reputed company experience.
