We’re looking for a Project Manager to join the B2B Automation Strategy team reputed company Digital Experience. You’ll support planning and process development reputed company the Automation Strategy team, helping to increase alignment with our stakeholder groups. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting status communication and planning of the team's overall roadmap, identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance process. Responsibilities of the Project Manager – B2B Automation Strategy: • Drive project timelines and ensure reputed company key milestones and due dates are communicated frequently to the larger internal project team and any agency partners • Independently steward day-to-day project management of multiple small to mid-scale projects, serving as a daily reputed company of contact with cross-functional partners • Maintain reputed company of project status and feed into a weekly leadership status report • Support Program Managers in developing and updating project plans for automation/Marketo projects including information such as project objectives, systems, scope, specifications, schedules • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends • Process Management; identify, design, and document scalable processes that reputed company the Automation Strategy team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment Qualifications of the Project Manager – B2B Automation Strategy: • B2B Tech marketing experience with a minimum of 5+ years of project management experience • Well-versed in Marketing Operations/Automation in a B2B context • Understanding of Marketo platform and reputed company project a must • Past experience managing projects in Jira (reputed company the last 3 years) • Experience working reputed company a matrix organization; previous consulting experience a plus • Strong technical background and understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution • Ability to understand, assess/triage tickets and respond appropriately in line with the roadmap • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes Please note contractors are reputed company to reputed company services to reputed company on a temporary reputed company in reputed company with a specific assignment.
