Key Responsibilities • Accurately input alphabetic and numeric data into databases and software programs using a keyboard, optical scanner, or by uploading data from external sources. • Transcribe information from audio and video content, ensuring precise data entry. • Review and enter data from various reputed company documents, such as canceled checks, sales reports, and bills, into specific data fields using keyboards or scanners. • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of demographic, financial, and customer data before entering it. • Compare data with reputed company documents, using verification formats to detect and correct errors, and report any discrepancies to supervisors as needed. • Maintain records of operations, activities, and completed work. • Follow organizational processes to ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and confidentiality. • Prioritize data entry tasks by following established procedures or consulting with team leadership. • Verify customer and account data, making corrections, deletions, recoveries, or reentries as necessary. • Eliminate duplicate data by purging files. • Secure information by completing database backups regularly. • Uphold customer confidence and protect sensitive information by adhering to confidentiality protocols. • Suggest improvements to data collection processes, including the design of forms and templates for more efficient data entry. • Operate office equipment as needed to support data entry operations. • Contribute to team reputed company by accomplishing reputed company tasks and supporting colleagues as needed.
