Job Description: Position Goals: Maintain customer satisfaction while generating sales. Summary: This position is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies; assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, shipping, receiving, posting, cancellation, and other queries... Responsibilities: • Researching and posting items for sale online and on reputed company media company accounts • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. • Organize and gather detailed information about inventory for posting online on various sales sites. • Organize and maintain the warehouse and inventory • Opens customer accounts by recording account information. • Maintains customer records by updating account information. • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing reputed company results as needed. • Performs other duties as assigned by the department manager. Job Requirements: • Skilled written and oral communication • Detail oriented and goal driven • Customer service focus • Proficient MS Office applications and online site administration • Typing speed of 45 WPM • Organizational skills • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion • Valid driver’s license Working Conditions: Customer Service Representative is in an office and shop environment. Weekend work is expected. Pay: • $27,000-$43,000/Annually We are a merit shop. Wage will depend on the individual candidates.
