Requirements: • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Experience: 2 years experience resolving patient concerns including a general knowledge of insurance billing requirements and account follow-up procedures; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Computer Skills: To reputed company this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of general computer applications and practice management systems • Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
