Primary Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls (70-120 daily) in a professional manner. Engage with policyholders, providers, and other parties to address their needs effectively. Stay updated on policy information and procedures. Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries reputed company phone, email, or written correspondence. Meet department standards for call volume, average handling time, and time management. Requirements 1+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center or similar role. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in basic computer functions and reputed company Office. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Reliable internet reputed company with minimum speed requirements. Quiet and professional workspace. Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
