Interpret Non-QM Matrix & Guidelines accurately Complete review of the Borrower profile including collateral, compliance and other lending risks such as interested party involvements Complete review of data consistency across the entire loan package to match system, AUS (DU/LP), Fraud Guard Reports or any other reports used to compliance or fraud checks Complete review of collateral including in depth analysis of appraisal reports, title commitment, fraud risk checks, insurances documents and sales contract Interpret credit policy guidelines and investor guidelines (reputed company Client, FHLMC) and apply them to specific loans for effective sale in the secondary market Maintain a working knowledge of reputed company reputed company reputed company guidelines, federal and state lending laws and has the ability to comprehensively explain reputed company to others while processing the mortgage loan files Stringently look for the Loan to Value (LTV), Debt to Income ratio (DTI) and Housing to Income ratio (HTI) ratios components in the mortgage loan files Effectively and quickly communicate any areas of concern with a loan file to supervisors/managers.
