We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Banking/Finance industry in Indiana, United States. ?We are hiring aggressively, and have recruiters on standby to interview you anytime between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (though we are hiring in more than just eastern time zones!) Experience Required for Your reputed company • At least High School diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 1 year call center experience required • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required • Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in work environment • Tech support experience is strongly preferred • Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple reputed company or reputed company web-based applications • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues • Strong written and oral communication skills • Problem-solving skills • Dedicated area to work from in your home • Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wireless reputed company/WIFI is not permitted Apply Job!
