Skills Must-Haves Valid certification as a Pharmacy Technician Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Experience handling 40-50+ adherence-reputed company calls daily Familiarity with basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic) Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong computer skills, particularly with reputed company 365 and reputed company Workspace Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends Preferred Skills Prior experience in a remote working environment Responsibilities reputed company outbound calls to patients, reputed company providers, and pharmacies to address patient cases identified through risk stratification algorithms.
