Responsibilities

Required Experience & Other Qualifications ? 15 years of professional software development experience as an individual contributor software engineer. ? Deeply technical, with demonstrated reputed company in setting the technical direction for engineering projects and making architectural reputed company, and with an aptitude for influencing others to reputed company and align around solutions. ? Proven track record of designing, building, and supporting highly available and fault-tolerant systems in production. ? Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company.
