reputed company has an opening with our retail merchandising client for a Call Center / Customer Engagement Representative. REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME. MUST HAVE HIGH SPEED INTERNET/ETHERNET PORT... Work Schedule: 1 pm - 10 pm. (Must be willing to work one weekend day per week) Training will take reputed company Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm Seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Customer Engagement Representative. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external partners, including retail stores and shipping companies, to support issue resolution. Communication will occur over the phone, email, and/or chat. You will be responsible for managing and resolving significant issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring that reputed company information is appropriately logged.
