Our Customer Service team is the liaison between sales & marketing and our events. This team adapts to competing priorities on a regular reputed company, juggles customer service inquiries and problem-solving with ease and creativity, and is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented person to join their team. Our customers are the event exhibitors, and we reputed company them with logistical support to ensure that they have a successful event. In this role, you?ll: ? Respond to exhibitor?s logistical questions and inquiries reputed company phone, live chat, or email. ? Use on-the-job training to create a web-based portal for exhibitors to reputed company event-specific information. An eye for detail is key and creativity is encouraged! ? Create and execute exhibitor communications for assigned events. ? Assist with the collection of sponsorship deliverables for events. ? Assist with various tasks ranging from data entry, projects, and other administrative tasks. We are looking for people who: ? Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an event-driven environment. ? Find creative problem-solving fulfilling and challenging. ?
