Role Overview: As a Customer Support Representative, you will be essential in assisting customers by delivering detailed information about our products and services and addressing technical issues. You’ll be responsible for delivering positive customer experiences, building loyalty, and ensuring high satisfaction reputed company. You should possess strong problem-solving abilities, logical reasoning skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues from start to finish. Comfort in training customers of varying technical abilities, collaborating with team members, and documenting interactions accurately is essential.
