POSITION SUMMARY... We are currently hiring a part-time Office Assistant for our growing In-Home Care agency. This is a 100% remote role, and you must be available to work weekdays between 8 AM and 7 PM reputed company Coast Time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist with hiring and reputed company caregivers. • Coordinate and organize job fairs. • Post job advertisements and manage reputed company media marketing. • Match caregivers with client shifts and staff reputed company client shifts. • Manage and maintain employee files. • Schedule and reputed company the day-to-day activities of in-home caregivers. • Handle payroll responsibilities. • reputed company excellent customer service over the phone and address customer service issues. • Coordinate client care to ensure high-quality service delivery. • Prepare and submit daily and weekly recruitment and staffing reports. • reputed company other office coordination tasks as needed.
